Grade is a Nordic HR tech company supporting organizations across the entire employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on the public sector and large, complex organizations. Our platform brings together user-friendly, modular solutions that work seamlessly together. We support municipalities, regions, authorities, universities, and large enterprises with tools for recruitment, digital onboarding, learning, employee surveys, performance management, and more. Grade was formed in 2021 through the merger of Varbi, Grade, and Workbuster. Since then, the group has expanded through the addition of Refensa, Realcruit, Jobbnorge, Kuntarekry, Kirkkorekry, and Intro. In January 2026, Grade merged with Talentech, marking the next step in building a stronger, more integrated HR tech platform for the Nordic market and beyond.
