Our machine determines your fish's gender and analyses its health using high-resolution medical grade ultrasound, vision camera technology, and artificial intelligence. Fish are then sorted based on gender and a range of internal and external health conditions. Monitoring the fish's health - including known health challenges like nephrocalsinosis, early sexual maturation, heart deformitiesand cataract - allows for operational adjustments or measures to be initiated at an early stage. If the customer has required it, any fish found unfit for production is automatically discarded. Since the first commercial sorting in 2022, we have gendersorted millions of salmon for our customers, increasing our customers' produced harvest weight by more than 4.000 tonnes globally. Our world-first automated sorting solutions sorts up to 40.000 fish hourly, keeping pace with the fastest vaccination machines on the market. Fish weighing between 20 and 500 grams can be sorted with an accuaracy rate between 96 and 99%. Our solution is up and running for salmon, but can easily be adapted to other species as well.
