Guideline is originally a Norwegian fly fishing brand. We have designed and developed fly fishing equipment since 1991. The Guideline brand was established in 1993. From the first Guideline fly rods and the ground-breaking shooting heads introduced under the name Power Taper™, our product range has grown to contain almost anything you need in modern fly fishing. In 2001 we established our Swedish office and expanded our international business. We take great pride in designing and developing all our tackle and clothing in-house from idea to prototype, testing and final production. Today we are a Scandinavian company selling and distributing to over 400 retailers in more than 25 countries.
