Hamna Aktivitet og Helse AS is a modern 2,500 m² training and activity center located in Nordfjordeid, Norway, where physical health, social wellbeing, and community are at the heart of what we do. We aim to be a resource for the entire local community – a place where people of all ages can come together, stay active, and take care of their health. Our spacious facility offers a wide range of activities: strength and cardio training, group classes, bouldering, climbing, and a dedicated functional fitness box for those who enjoy varied and challenging workouts. We provide a safe and motivating environment, suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced athletes. For children, we offer our popular Viking Warrior area – a colorful and engaging space with bouldering and play activities that give kids a fun and safe introduction to physical activity. This section has become a favorite among both local families and visiting tourists, making Hamna a natural meeting place for families. We also focus on providing opportunities for older adults to stay active and social, through accessible and health-promoting activities. For us, physical activity is about more than just exercise – it’s about quality of life, confidence, and inclusion. Hamna Aktivitet og Helse AS actively collaborates with, and seeks to strengthen partnerships with, health organizations, local government, wellness initiatives, and businesses to promote public health and preventive care in the region.
