HDO creates value for our owners by being Norway's leading environment in the operation and management of technology-based services for the pre-hospital environment and the emergency medical chain. We shall be known as a competent and solution-oriented company which addresses the customers' need for good service, delivery through dialogue and cooperation with our customers and users. We are owned by the four regional health authorities and provide services that meet the needs of primary and specialist health services throughout the country. This means, among other things, to ensure uniform and stable communication solutions and professional systems related to the emergency communication service. The emergency communication service consists of emergency medical communication centers (EMCC), emergency medical centers and emergency services, and ensures communication between these and the population. HDO thus works in a critical discipline where every second counts.
