Jarestranda Næringspark AS is an industrial hub strategically located by the sea, with direct access to a ISPS certified deep-water quay and associated containment quay. The business park comprises a total site area of approximately 40,000 square metres, designed for diverse and capital-intensive industrial operations requiring both sea-based and land-based logistics. The property includes warehouse buildings, tank facilities and production units designed for the handling of bulk goods and other industrial activities. Infrastructure and technical installations are developed to meet requirements for safe, efficient and compliant operations, including the handling of liquids and other inputs that require stringent control and preparedness. The combination of quay access, storage capacity and production areas provides tenants with an integrated value chain and efficient flow of goods between sea and land. Operational management is carried out by Jahrestranda Drift AS, which, with six employees, is responsible for daily operations, maintenance and coordination of shared functions within the business park. The operating company serves as a central facilitator for tenants and contributes to stable and predictable execution of operations. The business park currently hosts established companies such as NCC, Varo Preem, SafeClean and Redo Biosolutions. The tenant base represents activities within construction-related services, energy and fuel logistics, as well as environmental and recycling solutions.
