Njord Securities AS (Formerly known as Castelar Corporate Finance AS) was established in 2005 as an independent Norwegian investment bank focusing on private placements and brokering of private assets in the secondary market. Since then the range of services offered by Njord Securities has expanded as we have included project financing and bond issuing to our corporate finance product mix. Today Njord Securities is a major player in the Norwegian real estate market, focusing primarily on syndication of commercial properties. Njord Securities is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, from where we offer corporate finance services.
