SALT & PEPPER HØNEFOSS AS

In the summer of 2003, Inez Lee and Sang Ho opened the doors to their simple restaurant with the well-sounding name Salt & Pepper. The restaurant was then located in rented, small and cramped rooms, but it would soon turn out that the concept and atmosphere would be the start of an incredible restaurant adventure. The concept of Salt & Pepper was, and still is, to offer a wide menu of tasty dishes from several international cuisines at affordable prices. This made Salt & Pepper quickly a very popular place to eat here in Ringerike. With an ever-increasing number of guests, the rented premises soon became too small. Sang Ho bought the listed wooden building in Storgata 12, and after remodeling and extensions, Salt & Pepper was able to move into the current premises in the summer of 2008. The success has continued, and the restaurant house Salt & Pepper today appears as a complete restaurant complex. In August 2018, we will celebrate our 15th anniversary as a restaurant in Hønefoss.
