Since 1995, we have combined our 30 years of experience to build parts and moulds that match your exact needs. We focus on making the "hard parts" that standard shops often turn down. Moulds & Tooling We use our deep history in mould-making to create tools that work to specification. Foam Moulds (PU): This is our specialty. We have delivered over 5000 projects for things like furniture, boat seats, and offshore equipment. Fiberglass & Carbon Fibre Moulds: We build tools for high-performance resin and carbon fibre parts . Our 5 axis machines can handle tricky shapes and "hidden" angles that others can't. Plastic Forming Tools: We make aluminium tools for forming plastic parts. Custom Components We make high-quality metal and plastic parts, whether you need just one or a small batch. Drone & UAV Parts: We make strong, lightweight hardware like motor mounts and brackets. These often have very thin walls or complex shapes that are impossible to make with traditional casting. Working Prototypes: We build single parts for designers and start-ups to test their ideas. These use real-world materials and are just as precise as final production parts. Industrial Batches: We deliver small groups of parts based on your 3D files or drawings. Remaking Old Parts: If you have an old part but no drawing for it, we can help. We 3D-scan your part to create a digital model and then make a brand-new version. Extra-Large Parts: We have a machine that can make panels and components up to 2,7 meters long.
