Våre primære fagområder er fjellsprenging, fjellsikring og fundamentering, men vi utfører også oppgaver som faller mellom eller noe utenom disse primærområdene. Vi har kompetanse innen injeksjon, vaiersaging, sjaktedriving, tunneldriving, gjennomboring, hydraulisk splitting av berg, energibrønner m.m.

I byens paradegate, Markens, eier Mosvold & Co 50% flere av de meste sentrale eiendommene. Dette inkluderer Markens gate 9, 11, 13, 15 og 17. I den senere tid har Mosvold, med partnere, kjøpt flere større eiendommer på Kjøita, inkludert Kraftsenteret (ex Agder Energi), Telenor bygget og Kjøita Park. Selskapet er den største aktøren i Avenyen, i Sørlandsparken, hvor vi har leietakere som Elkjøp, Jula, Jysk, Bohus, Lager 157 og Tesla. Gjennom fire mindre hoteller er Mosvold-gruppen involvert i reiselivsbransjen på Sri Lanka, med rundt 150 ansatte. Selskapet ser store vekstmuligheter i dette vakre landet. På Sri Lanka er vi i tillegg engasjert i bistandsarbeid, blant annet med skole, barnehjem og stipender til over tusen elever. I Kristiansand er Mosvold & Co involvert som sponsor for idretten, kultur og andre positive formål til glede for byens innbyggere.
