Egil har vært med siden 1967 og Ivar siden 1994. Rederiets flåte består per dags dato av totalt 5 skip: "With Junior", "Kristian With", "Mikal With", "With Marine" og "With Harvest". "With Junior" og "Kristian With" går henholdsvis i rute med stykkgods mellom Stavanger og Fredrikstad opp til Tromsø. "Mikal With", "With Marine" og "With Harvest" er utleid og frakter fôr langs Norskekysten. På 80- og 90-tallet ble rederiet drevet fra et hjemmekontor, meglingen foregikk fra båtene. Midt på 90 tallet flyttet vi til et kontorfelleskap, men først i 2003 ansatte rederiet sin første kontormedarbeider, som hadde til ansvar å megle last. Egil og Ivar gikk på land i 2007, da rederiet var blitt for stort til å administrere fra sjøen i tillegg til ansvaret som skipper. Siden 2008 har administrasjon økt fra 4 til 10 ansatte, som inkluderer oppbygging av rederiet Halten AS (6 båter). I dag driver kontoret; megling, teknisk, ISM, bemanning, regnskap, og eiendom.
